Returning your order is simple.

1. Visit our Returns Portal.
2. Enter your order details and follow the prompts to lodge your return.
3. Once your return has been submitted, a complimentary DHL return label will be generated.
4. Using your waybill number, book your DHL collection by following the instructions provided. You can choose a collection date and time that suits you.
5. Securely pack your item and have your parcel, return label and commercial invoice ready for collection. Your commercial invoice is located within the same document as your return label and may be required by DHL before your parcel can be collected.
